Good Afternoon!

The meet for this weekend has changed venues. Please see below for the new meet location and address!

Below you will find meet times, meet fees, showcase information & team reminders! We have several meet fees due this week!

Team Reminders: We know this is a busy time of year but we want to remind everyone of their team expectations! Below are a few we are having issues with weekly.

-Practice requirements need to be met weekly. Not meeting weekly requirements can set your gymnast behind and cause them to miss important details worked on during missed practices!

-Practice requirements MUST be met the week of a meet. If you do not meet your practice requirements the week prior to a meet, you will be scratched from the meet. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out in advance!

-Please arrive to meets on time! This has been an issue at every meet already this year. Please plan your travel time accordingly to arrive on time!

-Gymnasts need to wear their hair in a high tight bun for practices. Please be sure you are helping your child with their hair before practice.

-If you have a modified practice schedule, this must be adhered to. Adjustments cannot be made unless you email for approval with 24 hours’ notice.

-Communication on absences, injuries, changes, questions, etc. MUST be emailed by a gymnasts parent/ guardian. Please do not text or Facebook message coaches directly.

***Masks required for all spectators, coaches and gymnasts at all times. No exceptions, there is a strict mask policy at this venue, please be prepared & respectful of all guidelines.

***Parking ramp (100 1st Ave SE Rochester, MN 55904): linked to skyway to Civic Center. Parking is Free all day Saturday & Sunday
