Mandatory Team Parent Meeting: We will host our annual Team Parent meeting via Zoom this year! This meeting is mandatory for parents of ALL Team Members, from both The Avenue & The Farm.

Zoom Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 20th at 5pm. This is the only meeting being held, please make arrangements to be present for this meeting. We will review gym policies, meet schedules, team expectations, contracts and answer any questions you have!

Meet Sign-Ups: We are moving in a new direction for meet signups! There will no longer be meet books at the gyms. You will need to fill out the below form with the meets you will be attending and return. Hard copies will not be provided, please print or use a docu-sign app to fill out. USA Team members who also compete AAU, will need to fill out & return both forms. These need to be returned via email or in person on or before October 1st.

Changes for AAU State/ District Meet Qualification: New for 2021- you must attend 2 regular season AAU meets in order to qualify for the AAU State/ District Championship Meet.

Mask requirement for ALL AMKM Team Members: Due to the pandemic, gymnasts will be wearing masks on the floor at meets. The requirement for AMKM Team Members will be to have a SNUG FITTING ALL BLACK mask. You can order any SNUG FITTING ALL BLACK mask of your choice. We recommend you purchase 2 masks and keep them with your competition garments to use at meets only. This way you always have the correct mask for meets! We highly encourage you to order these asap so there is no worry about not having one as meets get closer.

Here are 2 recommendations for anyone not able to find all black masks….(you can order any brand or style you like, these are just easy suggestions)

Target: Kids’ 2 pk Cloth Face Masks – Cat & Jack: $4.00 for 2 pack of mixed purple/ black

Old Navy: Variety 5-Pack of Triple-Layer Cloth Face Masks for Kids: $12.50 for 5 pack of mixed black/ white

Annual Registration Fee: Annual Registration for all members was due on August 31st. $50 per member.

USA Registration Fee: USA Team Registration/ Commitments will be due October 1st. $80 to AMKM & $61 online to USAG per member.

AAU/ USA Team Clarification: All gymnasts training at The Avenue are on the AAU Team. USA Team is by selection only at The Farm.

Team Contracts: Here are the links to the 2020-2021 Team Contracts. Team Contracts are be due on or before Oct 1st. Copies will not be provided, please print your own and return via email or in person.

Level Placements: Level Placements will be finalized on Oct 1st.

Meet Schedule: Here is our meet schedule for the 2021 Competition Season! Fees and due dates will continue to be updated as they are received. We will not be attending any meets until after January 1, 2021.

**It will be a standard expectation for meets this year that all spectators and athletes wear masks or face coverings. At this point, most meets are being limited to 2 spectators per registered athlete. Please plan ahead for these changes. We will continue to update as new guidelines are released for each meet.

**Meet Fees and signups must be on time. Please make arrangements to have these items taken care of prior to deadlines. If you fail to sign up, pay or make a payment plan prior to the meet deadline, you will be charged a $10 late fee.

**Schedules for Meets: We do not receive meet schedules until about 2 weeks prior to the meet. We do send these out as soon as we have them. We do not have details on when levels will compete until the meet schedules are provided. Please refrain from asking for meet schedules.

**Required Meets: Team members are required to attend all set required meets. If for some reason you are unable to attend a required meet, the full meet fee is still due.
