22-23 Meet Schedule Update: Due to sign ups, we will not be attending this meet. Please remove from your schedule and update your calendars!

Private Lesson Openings: We have 2 private lessons openings available to team or high school gymnasts only- Saturday, September 24th at 8am and 10am held at The Avenue. $50/ hour for members Email us to reserve your time now!

AMKM Apparel: We will be running an online store with P&P Products in Sparta, WI offering screen print and embroidery items again this year! This will be run in September--More details to come! GlitterStarz orders for slides only are still in the works!

Gym Treasures Online Store: **New Items** We have new apparel items through the online store with Gym Treasures! The store will remain open for the rest of the year! Payment is done at the time of ordering and items will be shipped directly to you!

Team Pictures: **New Items Team Pictures will be on Friday, September 23rd starting at 4pm. They will be held at The Studio in downtown La Crosse, WI this year!

***We will start with individual pictures and green screen shots- then follow with team group photos closer to 5pm. More details to come!
